Julie Guevara

Julie was born in Harbor City California to her Irish Mother Marcella and her Cuban/Spanish father Julio. Julie has worked as a standup comic and she was a finalist for Americas funniest mom for the Nick at Night channel. With her girlfriends she penned the musical 'Booby Trap The Very Breast show in Town' which played to sold out audiences in Los Angeles. Their show raised over $30,000 for breast cancer and was presented by Smashbox Cosmetics. The shows title 'Booby Trap' came from Julie's childhood experience walking home from school in adolescence, with her new breasts, and barely escaping being abducted by a stranger. Julie was an Irene Ryan nominee for the role of 'Madame De Tourvel' in Les Liaisons Dangereuses, best actress in college and she recently portrayed Diana Morales in A Chorus Line here in Atlanta. Julie will be seen this fall in the action thriller 'Operator' with Ving Rhames, Mischa Barton, and Luke Goss. She recently had the thrill of working with Tyler Perry on his hit show 'The Have And The Have Nots' and BONUS... it's on the Oprah Winfrey's network! Oprah is one of Julie's favorite teachers and it was on her vision board to be affiliated with Miss O!
